TeamRuta allows the creation of multiple terminals to carry out purchase and sale operations. Both types can be accessed in the bottom bar by the following icons:
These terminals are assigned to users and can be customized by the admin.
Here we show a video demonstrating how to use a point of sale from a mobile device ➡️
When entering through a web browser, the terminal interface will change to the following:
In this case, the shopping cart can be viewed in the box on the right.
While, on mobile phones and tablets, all the data is in the same window in vertical order.
The button to register the sale appears if at least one Item is added.
In Sales Terminals (POS) the user can only choose the serials that have been previously assigned, and the number is determined by the last numbering used plus 1. If the serial numbers are exhausted, they will not be able to use it. If you do not enter any serial number, the application will assign you a random number.
In Purchase Terminals (POP) the user can enter the Serial freely. The user is responsible for ensuring that the serial is not duplicated in the registry. If you do not enter any serial number, the application will assign you a random number.
In POS
In POP
In Sales Terminals (POS), if the user checks the option to collect (Pick Up), the order will have "Pick Up" in the address field.
In Purchase Terminals (POP), if the user checks the Pick-Up option, the order will have the registered address of the supplier.
Vice versa, if the user does not check the Pick-Up option, sales orders will have the customer's address, and purchase orders will have "N/A".
Catalogue:
In Sales Terminals (POS), the user has access to the Catalog button, which opens a gallery of products from the Inventory (only those with images).
Cost/Price:
In Sales Terminals (POS), the admin can assign one of the three types of prices:

In Purchase Terminals (POP), the admin can assign two types of prices:

Its modification is blocked for users. The admin can make changes through the options menu "POS Editor" and "POP Editor"
